To help with safety and limiting the spread of the virus, we are:

  • taking all customers temperature upon entry into the premises
  • requesting all customers to sanitise their hands with the provided alcohol gel upon entry
  • encouraging adult customers to wear face coverings whilst in the premises when they are not eating or drinking
  • reducing the number of customers allowed into the premises
  • introducing an entry booking system for 2 hour admission slots
  • implementing a more frequent cleaning schedule between admission slots
  • keeping a record of our customers for 21 days to help with the NHS track and trace procedure after which it will be destroyed appropriately
